Our products are general-use consumer products and collectibles; they are not children's toys and are not designed or manufactured for children under 12 years of age under the definitions of the Consumer Product Safety Improvement Act (CPSIA).

You agree not to purchase our accessories or jewelry for use by infants or children under 13. OBear Nation LLCdisclaims all liability arising from the improper use, alteration, or distribution of its products to underage individuals or unsupervised children.
