OBear Nation LLC — Return & Refund Policy

At OBear Nation LLC, we want you to love your merchandise! If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

1. Return Window

We accept returns on eligible items within 30 days of the original delivery date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in the exact condition that you received it, with all original packaging, tags, or backing cards intact.

2. Product-Specific Return Guidelines

  • Graphic Apparel & T-Shirts: Must be unworn, unwashed, and free of stains, pet hair, or odors.

  • Keychains & Pendant Necklaces: Must be returned in their original box or backing card packaging without scratches, alterations, or missing components.

  • Sticker Packs: Due to the nature of adhesive merchandise, sticker packs must be completely unopened and unpeeled in their original seal. Opened or partially used sticker packs are non-refundable.

  • Gift Cards & Clearance Items: Final sale items and gift cards are non-refundable.

3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order immediately upon arrival. If you receive a damaged product, manufacturing defect, or the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@obearnation.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will promptly send a replacement at no extra charge or issue a full refund.

4. Return Shipping Costs

  • Standard Returns: Customers are responsible for paying their own return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of original shipping ($4.99 standard rate) will be deducted from your refund.

  • Defective / Store Error: If the return is due to a damaged item or store fulfillment error, OBear Nation LLC will provide a prepaid return label.

5. How to Initiate a Return

  1. Email us at support@obearnation.com with your Order Number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.

  2. Once your return is authorized, we will provide you with the return shipping address.

  3. Pack the item securely and ship it using a trackable shipping service. OBear Nation LLC is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.

6. Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send an email confirming receipt and approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 3 to 5 business days. (Please note that your bank or credit card company may require additional processing time to post the credit).
